All items from Glam Gram House of Bling are handmade and carefully prepared for shipment.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Shipping:
Shipping rate is a flat $5 unless otherwise specified. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders over $30 receive free shipping.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Glam Gram House of Bling is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Return Policy: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
